Refund policy

Returns: At Anaro Naturals, we want you to be completely satisfied with your product and your experience with our company. To ensure your satisfaction, Anaro Naturals offers returns on products up to 30 days following receipt of your order (for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping and a disposal fee).

To make a return, contact our customer support at anaronaturals@gmail.com for a Return Address.  

After contacting customer service, a return address will be provided via email for your return. Please note: return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using delivery confirmation to avoid any delays. It is advised that you insure your return as we cannot issue a refund on lost/stolen items.

Return the empty and unused portion of your product, along with the original invoice (place it inside the box) to ensure proper handling.

IMPORTANT: Returns must be received in our offices within 30 days from the original date of receipt. All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment once the package is received. Please allow up to 72 hours for your financial institution to process the refund and 7 days for the delivery of checks.

Lost or Damaged Shipment: Please contact anaronaturals@gmail.com with your name, order date and order number for assistance. Customer Support will return your email within 2 business days. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and provide assistance.

All packages returned, refused, or undelivered will be refunded the cost of the product minus shipping fees incurred by refusal of the package.
